Traditional recipes made with high quality local ingredients are elevated to a gourmet category thanks to the innovation and creativity of the region\u2019s chefs, recognized worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>The first stop on this four day gastronomic trip begins in our restaurant, Enoteca Paco P\u00e9rez, awarded with two Michelin stars. Enjoy a pleasant dinner and taste a variety of great dishes and wines from the cellar of Enoteca while Chef P\u00e9rez shares his culinary inspiration.<\/p>\n<p>Diego Baud, Head Mixologist at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hotelartsbarcelona.com\/en\">Hotel Arts Barcelona<\/a> and winner of the Essence Century Competition in 2015 and Top 7 Negroni &amp; Top 5 Gin Tonic in Spain, takes over the second day and leads a Master Class of mixology where you will be surprised and delighted with original cocktails.<\/p>\n<p>On the third day, we will visit a local farm accompanied by Chef Jordi Artal to collect fresh ingredients that will be used in a farm-to-table cooking class later that day, followed by a tasting of the chef&#8217;s dishes and regional wines.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, on the last day, Chef Carme Ruscalleda takes us on a tour of Sant Pau\u2014a 3 Michelin star restaurant\u2014while sharing the importance of Mediterranean cuisine and conducting a Master Class.
