Catalan cuisine is a perfect combination of tradition, innovation, and Mediterranean flavors. Traditional recipes made with high quality local ingredients are elevated to a gourmet category thanks to the innovation and creativity of the region’s chefs, recognized worldwide.
The first stop on this four day gastronomic trip begins in our restaurant, Enoteca Paco Pérez, awarded with two Michelin stars. Enjoy a pleasant dinner and taste a variety of great dishes and wines from the cellar of Enoteca while Chef Pérez shares his culinary inspiration.
Diego Baud, Head Mixologist at Hotel Arts Barcelona and winner of the Essence Century Competition in 2015 and Top 7 Negroni & Top 5 Gin Tonic in Spain, takes over the second day and leads a Master Class of mixology where you will be surprised and delighted with original cocktails.
On the third day, we will visit a local farm accompanied by Chef Jordi Artal to collect fresh ingredients that will be used in a farm-to-table cooking class later that day, followed by a tasting of the chef’s dishes and regional wines.
Finally, on the last day, Chef Carme Ruscalleda takes us on a tour of Sant Pau—a 3 Michelin star restaurant—while sharing the importance of Mediterranean cuisine and conducting a Master Class. To conclude the tour we will taste a selection of dishes and wine with her.
